Join Committee
The Estate & Gift Tax Committee focuses on tax issues related to the Federal Estate, Gift, and Generation-Skipping Transfer Taxes and to the income taxation of estates and trusts. The primary goals of the Estate & Gift Tax Committee are to provide members of the Taxation Section with articles, presentations, and continuing legal education in the area of the Federal Estate, Gift, and Generation-Skipping Transfer Taxes and to the income taxation of estates and trusts, to promote opportunities for networking among Tax Section members practicing or interested in the area, and to generally act as a resource for all Tax Section members in relation to this area of the law. Members of the Taxation Section interested in Estate & Gift Tax Committee are encouraged to contact the Committee leadership.
