Three Texas Tax Legends, Richard Freling, Ron Mankoff and Buford Berry discussed in June 2011 the emergence of the Dallas tax practice in the 1960s and 1970s, fueled in large measure by the client demands for sophisticated mergers & acquisitions, financings and other business transactions.
